This HIIT workout will leave you dripping in sweat and feeling awesome! High Intensity Interval Training is the best way to burn fat and reshape your body. This class was designed for individuals that want a well-balanced workout with an emphasis on cardio exercises using some resistance.

SWEAT

Come ride with us on the best indoor cycle bike on the market. The Life Fitness bike uses a magnetic system, bikes are quiet and seats are soft. Instructors use a Coach by Color system, complete with Watt (power) training, heart rate display, miles, and four color power stages. All levels welcome!

CYCLE

This class consists of 20 minutes of strength focusing on two or three different muscle groups using dumbbells and/or TRX  followed by 25 minutes of hills, sprints strength and power on the bike...This class will be a 50 minute class! 
 

Iron Cycle

This full body strength & conditioning class that will leave you feeling stronger and leaner. It offers more functional
benefits than steady state cardio or heavy weight lifting. This class was designed for individuals that want a well-balanced workout with an emphasis on building strength, muscle definition, and feeling like an athlete.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

This class is for the individual 60 and over looking to add strength training into their weekly workouts. This is not for the
experienced individual. It will be a low intensity group strength training class that will leave you feeling strong and vibrant.

SENIOR FITNESS

Put on those gloves and get ready to punch your way through 45 min of HIIT boxing!
